DATABIZ SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DATABIZ SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
DATABIZ SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DataBiz Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
