Email Whitelisting

Why whitelist?

Your school sends messages, reports and notifications through DataBiz Solutions. These emails may come from our domain, or from your school's own domain. To make sure they reach your inbox rather than your spam or junk folder, please add both of the following domains to your email provider's safe senders list:

  • databizsolutions.ie
  • Your school's domain – the part of your school's email address after the @ (e.g. example-school.ie)

Follow the instructions for your email provider below, repeating the steps for each domain. If you have already found one of our emails in your spam or junk folder, marking it as Not spam also helps.

Gmail (web)

  1. Click the Settings gear icon (top right), then See all settings
  2. Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  3. Click Create a new filter
  4. In the From field, enter @databizsolutions.ie

  6. Tick Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter
  7. Repeat for your school's domain (e.g. @example-school.ie)
